3 Month Update

The girls are already 3 months old!! Time has flown and yet some moments seem like they will last a lifetime (particularly those in which both girls are having a meltdown)! And I actually have a moment to write this as both of them are peacefully sleeping---this my friends is a HUGE feat!
Nick and I are constantly overwhelmed with joy by these little girls! We want to share with you their latest developments!
Kaylin and Harper both LOVE to smile!! Mommy and daddy just have to talk sweetly to them and they respond with the biggest gummy cutest smile that just melts your heart!! They are beginning to find their voice too!! Lots of babbling, cooing, and the occasional scream that surprises them as much as it does us!! They are both growing girls! Kaylin is now about 11 lbs and Harper is about 10 lbs!
Mommy and Daddy can now read their cries, whines, whimpers, and grunts much better to know what is needed to satisfy our girls!
The girls also really enjoy playtime and bath time now! They love rattles, being read to, and being outside! They went in the pool for the first time too and loved it!! They were so relaxed by the water they fell asleep!! We also love our playdates!! They refresh mommy probably more than anything!
Being a twin mommy is the HARDEST job in the world! But my cup is filled up again and overflows with every smile they so willingly give!
